Pinnacle West's corporate website was dated and was perceived by internal marketing and investment relations executives as no longer reflecting the goals of the company nor needs of the customers and shareholders.
Mighty Interactive met with key internal stakeholders to gather input and establish goals for the site. Then, a strategic process was initiated including: an in-depth clickstream and traffic analysis of the existing site to identify successes and failures as well as areas of visitor interest, a review of industry best practices and an online customer survey to establish a profile and preferences of site visitors.
Combining the efforts of the Mighty Interactive with the Pinnacle West team resulted in a new corporate Web site that was launched on budget and ahead of schedule.
